Privacy
TO CONFIRM: legal entity name, trading as inhouselabs, is responsible for your personal data on this site. Contact: TO CONFIRM: support email, TO CONFIRM: registered or trading address.
What we collect and why
- Your email and name from checkout, so we can give you access and send sign-in links.
- Your order: what you bought and whether it was paid, refunded or disputed. We never see your card details.
- Your agreement at checkout: the time you asked for access straight away and the wording you agreed to.
- How you use the course: sign-ins, lectures opened and kit previews and downloads, with the time, your IP address and your browser. We use this to stop accounts being shared and as evidence if a payment is disputed. It's deleted automatically after 400 days.
Your progress, quiz scores and notes stay in your browser. We never receive them.
Our legal reasons
We use your details to provide what you bought (our contract with you). We keep usage records because we have a legitimate interest in preventing fraud and account sharing. Payment and tax records are kept because the law requires it.
Who else handles it
- Stripe and Onelink take payment, act as the seller for tax purposes and send your receipts.
- Vercel hosts the site.
- Upstash stores accounts, orders and usage records.
- Resend sends our emails.
Some of them process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the safeguards UK law requires.
Cookies
We use one cookie, which keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or delete it and object to how we use it. We may need to keep order records where the law requires. Email TO CONFIRM: support email. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
